We operate two retail sites currently, one in Byker and one in Chester-le-Street. These sites provide sales of refurbished bikes, recycled parts and accessories, new parts, accessories, servicing and repairs. The sites are open Tuesday to Saturday. All profits from sales go back into paying for the running costs of the charity and the projects we provide to the community. We have knowledgeable, Cytech master technicians at both sites for servicing and general advice and sales.

About the store
The larger of our two sites and our head office is based on Brinkburn Street in Byker, just behind Hoults Yard. We have a large store with lots of bikes, parts and accessories. We also provide servicing and training from the site as well as a lot of our outreach work.

A smaller site than Byker but still packed full of great products and hidden gems. Staffed by knowledgeable Cytech master technicians, we provide all of the same quality refurbished bikes, used and new parts and accessories, servicing and repairs from Ropery Lane, a short walk from Chester le Street High Street.
